Hotel Facilities

Hotel Calipolis has a small outdoor pool that is open all year round. It has a large area filled with sun loungers that are available to customers, plus a free towel service.

There are two restaurants in the hotel - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. El Mirador restaurant is located on the first floor and offers views of the beach. This is where breakfast is served. It is a buffet breakfast of fruit, breads, cakes and drinks.

Ágora restaurant is located on the ground floor. It has an outdoor terrace area for the summer months. This is where lunch and dinner is served.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Smoking is permitted on two floors of the hotel.

Short Stay rooms are not available.

If you are thinking of using the hotel for business purposes, the hotel offers seven conference and meeting rooms. For more information you should contact the hotel directly - they will provide you with a specific brochure for business people.

Facilities for the disabled

There are four rooms available for wheelchair users. They have widened doors and an adapted bath. There are lifts to all floors. All disable rooms are doubles. Two of the disabled rooms have sea views and two have mountain views.

There are a total of 170 rooms in the hotel. These are doubles, triples, superior rooms, junior suites and suites that sleep up to four people. There are also 24 rooms that are interconnecting. The rooms offer air conditioning, hair dryer, telephone, mini-bar, television with digital, safe and Wi-Fi connection.

If a balcony with a sea view is a priority for you, make sure that you request this when booking. Most rooms offer balconies in this semi-circle shaped hotel, however there are some interior rooms that you may find disappointing.

Hotel Calipolis offers many of the most desirable qualities for a seaside hotel - sea views, a pool and rooms with balconies. It is large and modern, so is not likely to appeal if you are looking for a classic Modernista style Sitges hotel. However, its size offers choice - with two restaurants and a wide variety of room options. It is also a thirty second walk from the beach and there is no arguing with those statistics!
